What file types can I upload?
For clothing and DTF, transparent PNG files work best. For stationery and banners, print-ready PDF files are preferred. Each product page lists its exact requirements.
Will I see a proof before printing?
Where artwork needs checking or adjusting, we'll send a proof for you to approve. Nothing goes to print until it's approved.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. You can choose to collect from 77B Stafford St, Willenhall, WV13 1RT. We'll email you when your order is ready.

Will colours on screen match the print?
Screens and printers display colour differently, so printed colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen.
